Elassona sits in the foothills of Mount Olympus, touching the soil of the plain of Thessaly and breathing in the scents of the mountain of the gods.
At the end of 2014, we acquired a small slaughterhouse, Vakrel, in the wider area.
In the time that has passed since then, our feet have remained firmly on the ground but we have made our dreams a reality, creating a state-of-the-art meat production unit that is completely vertically integrated.
Through careful research, study and planning, our dreams continue and we have renamed our company Elassona Farm, reflecting the place where our products come from.
