The finest cuts are selected for ’Gastra’ Lamb. They are then marinated with vegetables (tomato, peppers, onion, and garlic), and pepper and thyme. The product is then vacuum-packed and frozen. (Pack: 5kg box, 2 x 2.5 kg).
